Electrical Services Southern Ltd is an SME that was established to carry out installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of electrical systems, heating controls, renewable technologies, security systems, PAT testing to both commercial and domestic properties in the social housing and private sector.

The installation, service centre, stores facility and NICEIC approved training and assessment centre operate from privately owned offices located in Farnborough and Basingstoke where field operations (planned maintenance, reactive repairs, installation engineers and administrators) are co-ordinated and managed throughout the South-East of England.

The Electrical Services Management Team, staff and field engineers has a wealth of knowledge and are well qualified in all aspects of the work involved, with some having over 30 years experience in the sector.

The company delivers a quality service to over 35,000 social housing and over 7,000 private dwellings in accordance with our quality systems ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001:2004, ISO 18001 and Gas Safe regulations, all our operatives hold the relevant MCS and NICEIC certificates of competence.

Business Philosophy - The Company delivers its services to our various customers utilising a suite of KPI's to ensure service levels and compliance with our quality assurance system ISO 9001, our concern about environmental issues is demonstrated by our approved ISO 14001 Environmental System and various environmental initiatives that we have introduced, Health & Safety is managed through ISO 18001.

PDA communications between our mobile Engineers and headquarters enables a rapid response at all times, we operate a 24 hour, 365 days of the year service. Our IT infrastructure allows the Company to track all jobs from start to finish and to provide comprehensive KPI and management reports fully available by Web Portal to our clients.
