Portable Appliance Testing

The main purpose of any Portable Appliance test is to determine whether electrical equipment is fit for continued use, maintenance or replacement if necessary.

Our qualified engineers will test and inspect electrical equipment according to the Code of Practice for In-service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment.

Upon completion you will receive a schedule of test and inspection results detailing description, serial number, make and model and any test results documented. Your equipment will receive a green or red sticker depending on test results. The Green sticker will indicate the equipment is safe to use and display the next test date. If, in the event of a red sticker being issued, the appliance will be recommended to be discontinued from service.
